Which Logicol® product is for me?
All varieties of Logicol® spread and yoghurt help lower your body’s cholesterol absorption and have the National Heart Foundation’s Tick of Approval—so it’s really up to you to decide.
Plus, with new Logicol® yoghurt, you can also get all the benefits of lowering cholesterol absorption 2. It’s available in delicious strawberry and vanilla flavours and is perfect for enjoying on cereal, or as a tasty snack during the day. And it’s 98% fat free, and a good source of calcium (so it’s100% guilt-free too)!
Logicol® spread comes in three types to best suit your individual needs:
Logicol® Original spread can be substituted for butter on all sorts of foods—on toast, on bread for sandwiches, and in cooking and baking.
Logicol® Extra Light spread contains 70% less fat than regular margarine, so it’s ideal if you’re watching your weight. It’s suitable for spreading, however due to its reduced fat content, it’s not suitable for frying or baking.
Logicol® Plus Vitamins spread has the added benefit of Vitamins A, D & E and 40% less fat than regular margarine. It is also suitable for cooking and baking.
If you’re not a big bread eater, remember you can use Logicol® Original spread in baking, or try new Logicol® yoghurt as another way to get your three serves of Logicol® products daily.
