Clinical trials show that a daily intake of 2-3 grams of plant sterols in Logicol® spread can reduce LDL (or ‘bad’) cholesterol by 10% in 3 weeks 1. HDL (or ‘good’) cholesterol remains unchanged. One tub (serve) of Logicol® yoghurt will also help lower your cholesterol absorption 2.

Step 1

Visit your GP and get your cholesterol tested.

Once you have your results simply enter them in the first box below with your email address and press submit. (You will be able to return to this page and retrieve you results using a password we email to you)

Step 2 Use the recommended amount of Logicol® (that’s three serves of Logicol® products each day) for 3 weeks. You should get 1 serve from a piece of bread with Logicol spread and 1 serve from a tub of Logicol yoghurt.
Step 3

Visit your GP and get your cholesterol re-tested after 3 weeks.

You should expect to see a reduction of LDL cholesterol of around 10% after 3 weeks of using a plant sterol enriched spread such as Logicol® spread

Step 4

Once you have your second set of results, login with the password we have emailed you and enter them into the second box below.

Step 5

Remember once you get your cholesterol absorption down you can KEEP IT DOWN by eating three serves of Logicol® products every day.
