Keeping your cholesterol in check doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a tasty snack.
Healthy snack ideas include:

  • A small handful of plain, unsalted nuts eg. peanuts, cashews, walnuts or pecans, or dried fruit eg. apricots, dates or sultanas
