Exercise
Regular exercise is recommended for anyone concerned with heart health.
Regular physical activity has been proven to reduce LDL cholesterol. It also has the benefit of reducing your body weight—maintaining a lower body weight is recommended if you are concerned with your cholesterol levels.
If you don’t already exercise regularly, walking is an easy way to start. Aim to exercise for at least 20 minutes most days.
